From the time you reserve one of our new homes we will do everything we can to ensure that your move is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. We will look after you, not only prior to your move but also once you have moved in. All of our staff are professional and experienced and are encouraged to provide you with a high level of customer service and care.


Regular Information Call
Our Site Sales Advisors are trained to offer you expert help and guidance and assist you throughout your whole buying process. They will provide you with regular calls keeping you informed of each up to date situation and progress and will be delighted to answer any queries you may have.


Upgrades
We at Quintor Homes like to give you the customer the choice you want. We will offer you a quality standard range of fixtures and fittings for kitchens and bathrooms but if you choose to upgrade and pay more, you can have anything you dream of, from the latest designs from leading manufacturers.


Quality Assurance
Your new home is regularly inspected throughout the build schedule by an NHBC inspector and on a daily basis by our Site Manager. Prior to your completion date you will be invited to fully inspect your new home with our Site Manager and Site Sales Advisor.
